Martial Arts - Yongmudo (Academic Year) - $440.00

Yongmudo is a Korean self-defense oriented discipline that makes use of wrist twisting, joint locks, kicks, punches, holds, rolls, and fall through techniques that are modern, open, and dynamic. The martial arts of Taekwondo, Judo, Tsirum and others are combined to develop self-defense through physical, psychological, spiritual and mental training.
